  Terrible service. Have been here many times and every single time..... BAD. Yesterday took the cake. Two young kids running the floor, literally clueless. I ask them about changing financial responsibility to myself (from a business) to keep number and mention I have a release email. Frick and Frack have no idea what I need. One goes to the back and comes out and days “My manager says you can just call”. I say, “the email I have says call or go to a store, I’m here, so can we just handle it?” F&F look at each other:.... uh, and don’t look up... “Uh, my manager says you can just call and someone can call the employer”. I told him essentially that is not an option as that department is only available by email and I was told to go to a store. Honestly, repeats what manager said. I just looked at these two boys and said, “So truth is, your manager cannot be bothered and you two don’t need a teaching moment. Unreal.” The manager never even poked his head out the door. Not one other person in the store. Again, this is just the last incident..... and I will never go in there again. If 0 stars was an option, that would be accurate.
