  This company is absolute garbage. Reading into the reviews that have good feedback with a 5 out of 5 star rating....
  
  They Thrive to make good Impressions on emergency service calls because that is what makes them money.
  
  My landlord is a long-time customer of theirs and I can promise you longevity and staying true to their loyal customers is the least of their priorities.
  
  KC was supposed to come and do routine maintenance on my AC unit Saturday... he left me a voicemail at 10 a.m. saying that he would be here within an hour's time.
  
  He never showed up and never called let alone he ignored the 10 to 20 phone calls that I made to him in the text message I sent asking where he was at. Total waste of time waiting for him to show up and simply do his job.
  
  Things happen and I wouldn't have been that upset but the company never called me nor did he and here it is Wednesday and I decided that I would finally reach out and be active about the situation in which I consider to be terrible customer service.
  
  In today's society you can't really get too far with people if you are letting them know that they made a mistake and their conclusion was that they would just go ahead and cancel my service and my routine maintenance contract.
  
  They are ignoring my calls and when Casey answered the phone and realized it was me he hung up and they will not communicate with me in any which way.
  
  I don't usually make a big deal out of things but this company has me absolutely Furious.
  
  I am going to dedicate my time to publicly shame this company in every which way that I possibly can so that other people don't have to deal with this kind of service in such a competitive industry.
