  My daughters friend is visiting and has a sore throat and fever. We got there right before closing and were turned away because, even though the doors were open and it was still within the hours of operation, the lady at the front desk with a mouth full of food refused to see her that close to closing time. We came back the next day and she was turned away once again. This time they said that there’s a two week waiting process after she turns in her application and then they only take appointments. What the hell is that about?!?!?
