  I have suffered with major clinical depression for 20+ years and no psychiatrist was able to help me. They tried one antidepressant after the other. Finally the last psychiatrist said it didn't seem like medication was going to help me and she referred me to USF for clinical studies where I could try different newer medications that were still being tested and studied to see if they would help. Hopeless, I called my general practitioner, Dr Saifi, for a last shot. He said he knew what would help me and put me on Zoloft and the lowest dose of Wellbutrin. It's been a year now and I finally have my life back. Dr Saifi was recommended to me and I have been seeing him now for about three years. I hope he never retires.
