  Ferman Ford has been exemplary. Their customer service has been second to none. This is not a solicited review nor from an employee or friend. I had issues getting minor problems fixed even with the most comprehensive warranty a person could buy. I can only assume the two other dealerships I took my car to either dropped the ball entirely or didn’t want to do repairs for the money paid by warranty service versus the premium rate paid by a customer. Not only did my service advisor Jeff take care of the issue, and provide me with a loaner (of the same make and model!!!) but I was also greeted by the service manager who explained that though other dealership failed me, This was not the way Ferman Ford works nor how any Ford dealership should. Yesterday I had an engine failure and was told I may need a replacement. Joe Wheeler, the Service Manager, took the time and initiative to call Ford service himself to resolve the issue as I am just over the mileage for warranty. He not only called Ford but also called me back to update me on the situation. Ferman Ford has once again taken an exceptionally stressful situation and has taken the time to keep me abreast of the progress. Still hoping for the final answer but thanks again to the team at Ferman for the help and going the extra mile!!! You can count on these guys.... I know where I’m buying my next car!!

  I was met promptly and with courtesy upon my arrival. The work to be done was reviewed with the service representative, Cooper, and off went my truck for service. My oil change, tire rotation, etc. was performed promptly and my truck was ready to go within an hour.
  What I don't understand is why there is this compulsion with service folks to turn on the a/c for a trip of less than 200 feet.
  Otherwise, a job well done. Thank you Ferman for running such an efficient service department. I shall expect no less on my next visit.

  Ferman Ford could not have made it easier for me to get my Oil changed on my Explorer. Made the appointment online, could see all the times that were available, nice and easy. Got my oil changed and some air filters replaced. Guess they did a good job, no more hesitation off the line and a oil change is an oil change. I could have hitched a free ride on their shuttle service or wait in the waiting room, which had TV and free coffee drinks and bagels, not a bad deal. Mike took good care of me, have the car washed at the same time. So I was happy. Could have been a bit quicker, but then again, if I wanted it quicker, I should just do it myself.
