  Our entire family and friends have been patients of Dr. Saccente for years. When l mean family they include my parents, sister, wife, and myself including 17 friends we have referred to Doctor Saccente because of how great of a physician he is to his patients. There are many different words that can describe him, but the few that come to mind are compassionate, understanding, and best of all always there for his patients regardless of the situation. You can not rate him any less than five stars for him. Although, on the other hand I can not say the same for one of the office staffers Kay who we all have dealt with at check-out or on the phone. I am not only speaking for myself, but many other people we know as well as other reviews have voiced their concerns about her. She always seems to talk above you as if she is more superior than everyone else. She is the practices only down fall and I am not the only one who believes this and for someone who is finishing there masters degree and going on to my Ph.D in Healthcare Administration l feel like I know and can see when someone is not a team player. Dr. Saccentes name is on the building and that is how it should always be and again for the record you couldn't find a better human being and outstanding physician.   Dr. Saccente is a great doctor IF you can get into him. I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment and could not get in. Took medical direction for his front desk staff Cindy who told me he would call something in for me. After I had taken the medicine the length of time I was instructed to and told to call back if not better, Cindy informed me that I had only been taking the medicine for 3 days. NOT true it was 7 days. Again, requested an appointment and was told no. Cindy is very rude and condescending especially for only being a front desk girl in a physcians office. Anytime you try to explain anything to Cindy she is curt and talks over you. Perhaps if she had let me finish speaking she would have known I had been taking the medicine longer than the 3 days she stated. I ended up at a walk in clinic with walking pneumonia. Looks like it is time to find another Dr. No use in having one that you can't get into when you are sick.
