  I called to see if I could schedule an appointment. They were able to book me in within in an hour. While I waited in the lobby, I observed their customer service style which was excellent. The service was prompt and they checked my tires which was fortunate as they had worn on the edges. They explained how this was dangerous and recommended I replace them. They also replaced the air filter. The office is pleasant and relaxing which was a blessing after a hectic day. I would highly recommend Service Masters Total Car Care to everyone.

  Wow! I found a new shop to take care of my 5 or 6 cars, (4 kids) very impressed, Jeff is a great owner operator who knows how to treat his customers right. Very impressed, "service" just isn't around anymore and it was a breath of fresh air to see it again. They have earned my business! that is a pretty hard thing to accomplish, as I'm picky. I came in today as a new customer, they got right on it and even as busy as they were took care of my situation. A+
