  This is a satellite office. The main office is in Palm Harbor. I started at the Sunset Point office two years ago. A few months later, the doctor I was seeing moved out of state and the support staff changed as well. I went to one visit with the new doctor and staff. I also was extremely disappointed as other reviewers stated they were.
  
  I called the Palm Harbor office to complain and they set me up with their office, which was a welcomed change. The doctors were very kind, attentive, and took care of all my medical needs. The staff was pleasant and efficient as well. I began seeing Dr Karadsheh when he joined the practice. He has a great bedside manner, genuinely cares about his patients and is highly knowledgeable in his field.
  
  A few months ago, the doctor from Sunset Point left and Dr Karadsheh started working there three days a week. I think the doctor working the other two days is Dr Harris, who is also very good. I followed Dr Karadsheh to Sunset Point since it is close to my home. The staff has changed also and I have found them to be friendly, efficient and helpful.
  
  I think the negative reviews must have been regarding the previous doctor and staff who are no longer there. As far as the condition of the office, it is an older building and could definitely use a facelift. However, I do not consider it 'dirty'. I'm sure it is cleaned on a regular basis. I would recommend this office and doctors to anyone seeking a new Primary Care Physician in the area.
