  Location is good and convenient. Apartment is a good size for 2 bedroom. All the appliances had to be replaced because they are ancient. Place is falling apart. They have redone the outside of the buildings and resided and painted. Replaced outside stairwell and AC units inside an out. Cheap half ass work was done on the wood stairs they are already fallen apart. Maintenance is awful. Roofs were redone on all the building and my roof still leaks into my bedroom ceiling. It caved in at 2am in the morning. Told them the day before and months before it happened and maintenance people did nothing but come and poke at the bubble in the ceiling and make it worse so it collapsed that night, huge mess. They threw up a piece of sheet rock and now the rain water is leaking around the hole they replaced. Called the office and they do nothing to fix the leak. Just came and painted the ceiling stains from the water damage. Pool is dirty and laundry room is never cleaned. Every management company that takes over is horrible. Been here over 3 years, can't wait to get out of this place. Scared the tub may fall through the floor soon, place is not safe to live in. I can hear animals in the walls at night. Pest control doesn't even come anymore. Don't move here it's the worst.
