  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I simply called to ask a question about a fridge on saw on the website and the guy that answered was rude, would not answer any questions, just kept telling me to come in the store. He told me he wasn't worried because if I didn't buy it someone else would. When I told him he was being rude he told me to F**K off and hung up on me.
