  My home has had a maintenance contract with this firm for 2.5 years on all the major appliances in the home as well the AC system. Whenever there is an issue, I call them, they always come out within 24 hours, fix the issue and honor the terms of the service agreement. Tech's are clean, professional and appear to know exactly what they are doing. I would feel very comfortable to refer anyone to this company, great service!

  As senior citizens, we have had Broward Service for many years. In the past they were trustworthy. However, their last visit for an annual A/C maintenance has changed our minds. The technician flat out lied to us. He said we needed a new ultraviolet light for our unit. When I asked the technician to show me the light, he pointed out that it was behind a front panel he had unscrewed during this visit. "Hadn't I heard the zzzt, zzzt?" (I checked the panel later; there was still dust on the screws and I had not heard the zzzt, zzzt.) When I said the reason I was asking to see the light was because a lot of service companies prey on elders, he accused me of calling him a thief and said just get someone else to replace the light. An honest man does not react this way.
