  Used this company, because they were on the Duke Energy rebate list. First, they gave me an 8 hour window, but the guy would call me when he was 30 minutes away. Around 11:00, the guy called and said he was 15 minutes away. Good thing I figured they would do that or I may have been tempted to get stuff done with my "30" minute window. They arrived during a weather band and I suggested they wait until it passed so they wouldn't have to get soaked. 15 minutes later, the rain calmed and they got started. Once they started blowing insulation, they were done in about 20 minutes.
  In fairness, since this is a mostly negative review, I had forgotten some boxes in the attic. They asked if they could blow around them and I declined. The guys helped me get the stuff down out of the attic with little hassel and started blowing fluff.
  Now the bad stuff: neither of the installers seemed to care that their boots were wet and dirty and my floor (and carpet) wasn't. I told them the side door is where the access was, but by then it was too late. When they were done, fiberglass puffs were all over my kitcken floor, in my cats' food and water and all over my washer/dryer and my laundry floor was trashed with mud smeared all over it. I also had to wash all my clean dishes, due to all the dirt and attic grit that dropped and ended up making it way into the cabinets. Clean up, I guess was optional.
  I gave 2 stars because the employees were friendly and my A/C hasn't run much today, but it could have easily been less.
