  I love the Dr. but his sister is another story. I have asked her to have the Dr call me but she won't and if I call in I can't get to him. My son is running out of his medicine and this is going to lead him to depression. I know Dr palanca would not approve of this type of care. She likes to talk over you and says very unkind words to you if try to speak and offer your opinion. I even told her I did not call to argue that my mother just passed and I needed to get my son in. She said this isn't about you this is about your obese son!!! I hung up.
