  I am extremely disappointed with the Service Department. I called for assistance after my car completely stopped, almost had an accident and had to get it towed to my house. I was told by Dustin that my warranty only covers Engine and Transmission repairs. I am getting my mail forwarded and when I got home yesterday I had mail from Hyundai telling me about the Engine recall according to federal law and how it makes the car completely stop. He did not take the time to help me and explain this to me probably because they don’t make commission off of recalls at the service department and it would be too much of an inconvenience. I am waiting to hear back from management. My car is not working at all and I could have had an accident but got no help from the Service Department when I called. I am not one to cause issues I just really need help with this because the car issue is from manufacturing issues not because i didn’t take care of my car :(
  
  Update as of 1/4/18: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because I've had a great experience from talking to Mable and then having Brandi assist me. Everyone at the service department has been wonderful, understanding and honest. I will continue using their services and will look into their dealership when I decide to trade in my car. Thanks Brandi! You are the best and your boss is so lucky to have someone with such great customer service skills!
