  A 28 minute hold time to speak to a non tech geek. Way to staff appropriately, no wonder why the geeks at this location always seem annoyed Or have bad attitudes.
  
  Addition: I tried to call back and change an appointment only to be transferred twice and then hung up on. Nothing but class from these nerds!!!
