  Hotel was okay. You can definitely tell it was a bit dated with the colors and furniture, lighting, and bathroom. Some areas in the room were a bit stained or dirty. My only issue was the shower/tub. The shower head was not in the best of working order nor was the drain. I pulled up the drain because it was pooling water in the tub and to my surprise was a giant clump of hair which could've been anything so I left it alone. The house keeping could paid a lot more attention to detail on these things. Granted it was only one night and we were barely in the room. Definitely need to work on some of those areas. Overall staff was nice.

  Would give a 0 if I could. I was in the process of booking online. The website has "PET FRIENDLY" plastered all over it. I called the front desk to confirm and to get the pet rate. The woman was VERY rude. I told her that the website states that they're pet friendly, but thanked her anyway. She said, "Yep!" and then hung up on me! HORRIBLE customer service! I will make note to never stay here!!
