  I have only lived here a short while and the AC units breaks they have no one that will come out on the weekends. They give you this small portable that cools nothing and is dirty and nasty looking , inadequate parking, pool is always closed. The office staff are neither friendly nor helpful, and it is evident that no one takes pride in their job. but if you are late with the rent they will be at your door with a notice and fee of 50 for the first day and 4 every day after.. The office is never open on the weekends and you cannot fill your laundry card for those of us who do care about our jobs and work all week. If you have a choice in the matter, you'd probably be happier renting anywhere but here.
