  We’ve used Jack Joiner for decades for out AC/Heating Issues for decades in my Father’s, my Sister’s and in my own house because of their Expertise, Reputation and fast Service.
  Last week this company (Jack Joiner) was put thru a test…. You see the motor on my Fathers old AC unit failed during what has been so far the hottest day of the year. He is 91 and has a weak heart so we were concerned that the hot house would not help his condition.
  The Technician arrived before the scheduled time and got right to work in the scorching attic. Right away the age of the system became an issue – The motor used a mounting method no longer used.
  We were worried that the repair would be too costly for since the mounting method had to be engineered to fit a new motor.
  A short conversation with Jack set our minds at easy – Him and his Technician went way above and beyond expectations and at an affordable price. All companies should be as honest and honorable !!!

  I only had my new unit since November but so far it's been great. My electric bills are already going down even with my climate switching from heat to cold every other day. Office staff and installers were very professional and courteous.
