  Purchased Sugar Free French Vanilla and Sugar Free Mango with pumps directly from their website. First purchase of Monin since no stores carry it around me. Me and my kids really loved the SF Mango, very true to the fruit and refreshing, for sugar free it was had awesome flavor! The SF French Vanilla was not as good for the way I was using it..in seltzer water for some flavoring. I called to see about returning it and they said it was designed for coffee flavoring which is why it must not taste so great in my water. I'll try in it coffee! They were super nice even when I was telling them I wasn't thrilled about the SF French Vanilla and gave me a full refund of the product, they told me keep it and to share it with friends since shipping would cost me as much as the product! WOW! Now this is true Customer Service! I'll definitely be trying some other flavors! Great product, AMAZING customer service. Thanks for caring about your clients!
