  I'm sure the place is great if you're buying a piano. It's just one of those experiences where, if you're not a dollar sign, you don't deserve respect type of things. I was just helping my parents sell their old piano because they were moving. So I called around, these guys popped up first in the search. The guy didn't sound too enthusiastic when I told him I had an old piano to sell. fair enough I suppose. Sent pics and he said not interested, which was fine, no problem there. So I asked if he could recommend me some options. You know what he said? "It's an old used up piano" No one wants it the cost would exceed the value (which was true yes) Then he proceeds to say "Just the truth". Like really bro? You had to put it like that so rudely? That could've been said a million other ways without having to be condescending. I called another place up and they didn't want the piano either, the difference was that they were professional, kind and actually gave us some information on where we can donate and even helped setup up a time for a pickup from the donation center. VERY helpful. So my 1 star is directed toward the rude, disrespectful guy who was also condescending to me, just down right rude. He didn't see profit, so he didn't feel the need to reciprocate respect. He was just a jerk. Tweeted it to my 300K+ followers and made a Youtube video on my main channel on snobs like this guy. On the plus side, this gave me an idea to create some content on Youtube. The ad revenue I'm going to get is definitely going to exceed the cost of this experience. Worth it.
