  This is what happened with my last order from Packit Right. I emailed them about it and NEVER received any sort of response.
  
  When I opened the box of with my order in it a live spider came out of the box. I just figured a spider happened to have crawled in there. But then I noticed two more dead spiders in the box and lots of spiderwebs over the flat boxes... not attached to the box they were shipped in at all. It is obvious that the boxes were packaged like this.
  I had to wipe off all the webs and dead spiders. The boxes were also in rough shape with a lot of black dirt on them (which looks bad on "white" boxes and where the plastic string was wrapped about them they had majorly dented in the flaps that will be used when the boxes are formed.
  
  It was an awful experience! I'd expect brand new merchandise be packaged better. I also expect better customer service - in this case they didn't offer ANY. I had purchased from them multiple times, but this experience caused me to find another box supplier. I refuse to do business with a company that runs like this.
