  My wife and I remodeled our kitchen in 2017 and the contractor installed your products. Some dirt and grime got stuck in our faucet head (pretty sure it was a product of our bad water) and it was almost completely clogged.
  
  I called Proh’s and spoke with Seth, who couldn’t have accommodated our need more. He offered to come to the house and replace the faucet head (free of charge), AND do it within a few days.
  
  Not only did he do it free of charge, but he did it within 24 hours. He brought the faucet head to my front door, took a picture of the delivery, texted it to me, and called to verify.
  
  Not only has this company gained a client for life, but also someone who will refer them to anyone who is considering a remodeling or replacement.
