  My wife and I booked this motel for a week.I'll start with the good points: the location is great, the air conditioning works well but very noisily, your towels will be changed if you leave them outside your door.......that's it. I'm writing this review at 4 am because for the second night in a row there are a bunch of delinquents jumping in the pool and talking and swearing at the top of their voices.We tried to contact the manager but, as like most of the rest of the week, she has proved impossible to find. The rooms are dirty, the bedding is stained as are the towels The sofa and armchair are aged and dirty. The floor tiles appeared to have been mopped but I'm not sure what with as they were very sticky. We have used polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery bought at Publix all week which will give you an idea of the general hygiene. The television doesn't work and was reported(nearly halfway into our break as we couldn't contact the manager,Charmene). Despite promising that her son would be round to look at it the same day, he hasn't and it still isn't workimg and we leave in the morning. The upshot is if the only thing you are interested in is location then you might be happy staying here but there are many places equally or better located nearby without all the negatives. We will never stay here again and would never recommend others to (maybe if we didn't like them). I rarely write reviews especially bad ones but it is now 4.52am and they are still out there. This review is well deserved

  Second time staying here and enjoyed it enough to be back next year! Having the patio right outside your door to sit and relax or catch sun was perfect. Great location away from the main street noise, yet only minutes walk to the beach.

  We almost didn't make it due to the cancellation of our event, but we were so glad that we experienced Silver Sands and it's gorgeous surroundings! It was a breeze to check in and check out. Management was friendly and helpful! Our room was really nice! The shower was spacious and the rooftop view at sunset was priceless! We walked to the beach within 2 minutes! We also enjoyed the pizzeria down the street. Would we come back to stay? Without a doubt! Thank You Silver Sands for the hospitality!
