  This is the Amtrak bus station to takes passengers to Orlando. It is a Very nice, and clean bus station! Jerry is a good, outstanding dude! The bus was nice and clean too!

  Jerry was sympathetic and helpful in trying to locate my lost luggage - it turned out that AMTRAK Washington DC ticket counter had not placed my checked bag on my Wednesday train. Upon in arrival in Orlando Thursday afternoon , I saw my bag was not on connecting bus and pointed this out to an AMTRAK luggage handler, but she ignored my repeated concerns and went on her way. My bag finally arrived on Saturday afternoon. Jerry did best he could to fix someone else's mistake.
