  Get away of this place.. workers are all new or been there for a couple of months that tells u a lot... As u walk in, u can smell urine and unchanged diapers.. people crying for help. As I walked in to see my dad who pick the place without talking to me, I found excrement on the sink and toilet seat, keep in mind my dad just had knee sx and is not able to use bathroom, so it was not even his, there was blood on floor, he still had the sheets from the hospital transfer and he told me it took hours before nurse came after he push the help button. I quickly started working on his transfer to another facility, asked to speak with Nicole but she was on a meeting and was suppose to get to me after 12pm guess what MIA all day. There's so much going on there, nurse told me he had to work by himself with 40 patients each shift. Keep your family away, when I was able to speak with Nicole she didn't want to see the pictures and she had an sarcastic attitude..I feel so bad for the people that have no family and are stuck there
