If you owe your association even $50 he will turn that into $1,500 in a matter of 2 weeks. He is a low life of a human being and an extortionist. Do yourself a favor and hire an attorney and report these practices to your representatives so they can change the law loopholes that allow extortionists like Robert to steal money from honest and hard working people.
