  Was in your store for 10 min.Never got greeted once. Both your employees (including your MOD, Anastasia) looked me right in the face and didn't say a word.
  I'm in retail management in the same mall. My biggest peeve is not greeting customers and thanking them for stopping in. When I experience that, they will automatically lose my business.
