  On 04/04/18 I’d arrived a few minutes early while waiting for a co- worker to meet with me for lunch. I had approached the front entrance stating that I would love to have a table for two. The lady replied “Sorry you will have to wait until your guest arrives because there are others that possibly could be waiting to be seated.” Reminder it’s far from being full and also there wasn’t anyone behind me or lounging around the shopping area to be seated. I told her it’s find and that I’ll kill a little time by going to the restroom. Ok, I’d call my guest in which she was on the way within ten minutes. I’d walked out of the restroom to kill more time and to checkout the clearance sale. It was two other customers that I’d overheard that was requesting seats but neither of their guests were anywhere to be found at the time. So I’d approach the lady at the checkout while the lady that denied my seat because I’m one person short takes the guest to their seats. I told her that I felt very uncomfortable eating there when I’ve witnessed two individuals arriving the exact same way as I. Truth be told even if I were to have walked in as one I would’ve been seated at a freaking table that most likely would’ve been for two or more guest. Great place to eat but what a way to lose a customer like that....

  Love the atmosphere of the Cracker Barrel. Old Time Country Store. However service is something that needs to be desired. Our server forgot about us once she brought us our dinner. We had to flag her down and ask her for things. I had the sampler plate. There wasn't much ham because the big old bone in the center. My dog loved the bone
